Because every Auralyn bracelet is custom-made and approved by you — via a real photo — before it ships, we focus on getting it right the first time. You're still fully protected:
- Damaged or faulty on arrival. We'll replace it free of charge or refund you in full. Simply send us a photo within 30 days of delivery.
- Wrong item or our mistake. Free replacement, no questions asked.
- Sizing. Since you approve a real photo before shipping, sizing issues are rare — but if something is off on our end, we'll remake it for you.
- Change of mind. As each piece is made to order for your wrist, custom items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Not sure before you buy? Message us first — we'll help you choose the right piece.
To start a claim, email hello@discoverauralyn.com with your order number and a photo. We'll take care of you.
