Refund policy

At Auralyn, every bracelet is made to order and custom-sized for you. Before your piece ships, we send you a real photo of the exact bracelet for your approval — so you know precisely what you'll receive.

OUR 30-DAY GUARANTEE
We stand behind the quality of every piece. If there is a problem with your order, you are protected for 30 days from the date of delivery.

Covered — free replacement or full refund:
- Item arrives damaged, faulty, or broken
- Wrong item received
- A genuine quality or craftsmanship defect

To make a claim, email hello@discoverauralyn.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue. In most cases you will not need to return the item — we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund once the issue is confirmed.

SIZING
Because each bracelet is custom-sized and approved by photo before shipping, sizing issues are rare. If a sizing error is on our side, we will remake your bracelet free of charge.

CHANGE OF MIND
As every piece is custom-made to order for your wrist, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind. If you are unsure before ordering, please message us first — we're happy to help you choose.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Custom-made or personalized items (except where damaged or defective)
- Items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or accident after delivery
- Final sale items, if any

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before it has shipped. Once an item has shipped, our 30-Day Guarantee terms apply.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for funds to appear.
