Our products are natural crystal bracelets, made to order and custom-sized. As natural stones, each crystal varies in color, pattern, and inclusions; slight variations from photographs are normal. Any statements regarding crystals, energy, chakras, or zodiac associations reflect traditional and metaphysical beliefs, are provided for interest only, and are not medical, health, or therapeutic claims.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. ORDERS & CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS
Because items are custom-made to order, production begins after your sizing is confirmed. Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these Terms.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Auralyn and may not be used without our written permission.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auralyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
