Shipping policy

Every Auralyn bracelet is made to order and personally prepared for you.

PROCESSING & PHOTO APPROVAL
After you order, we confirm your wrist measurement and handcraft your bracelet. Before shipping, we send you a real photo of your exact piece for approval. Typical processing time is 1–3 business days after your sizing is confirmed.

DELIVERY TIMES
Orders ship from our atelier in China. Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days after your piece is approved and dispatched, depending on your destination and customs clearance. As these are cross-border shipments, delivery times may occasionally vary. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact hello@discoverauralyn.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. If a confirmed-lost order cannot be located, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
